1. Who We Are

Huomon is a limited-run product brand offering voice-enabled, AI-integrated plush toys designed for adult use. All sales and services are managed by Pofcake LLC, a registered company in Wyoming, USA.

2. Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a product that is still in production.
• Estimated shipping time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.
• Delays may occur due to production, supply chain, or technical issues.
• You will be notified of any substantial delays and have the right to request a refund before shipment.

3. Refunds & Returns

• All pre-orders are fully refundable until your order ships.
• Once your order has shipped, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the product is defective or non-functional.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the issue is due to our fault (e.g. defective unit).
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving a return.

4. Product Use

• Huomon is not a toy for children. It is intended for users 16+ due to AI-generated language and smart functionality.
• You agree to use the product in a lawful and respectful manner.
• We are not liable for conversations generated by the AI assistant, which operates based on user input and external models.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, characters (Milo, Sunny, Sage, and future releases), software, logos, branding, and related content are owned by Huomon and protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable IP laws.

6. Software & Connectivity

• Huomon requires a Wi-Fi connection to function properly.
• By activating your Huomon, you grant permission for it to communicate with OpenAI's APIs and other cloud services to process your speech and generate responses.

7. Privacy

• Voice inputs are transmitted to third-party services for transcription and response generation (e.g. OpenAI, Google, etc.).
• We do not record or store your audio locally.
• By using the product, you consent to this limited use of your data for functionality purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Huomon and its creators are not responsible for:

• Emotional damage caused by a snarky plush.
• Malfunctions caused by water, drops, or feeding it after midnight.
• Any consequences of developing a real emotional connection with it.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Pre-Order Terms

This product is currently offered as a pre-order. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the item is not yet in production and is expected to ship approximately within 90–120 days from the official sale release date.

All estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and based on current production planning. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen manufacturing or logistical issues.

In the event that your order is not fulfilled within the estimated time, you have the right to:

• Receive an updated timeline, or
• Request a full refund, which will be processed within 5–10 business days of your request.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that this is a limited-time pre-sale offer, which may include discounted pricing that will not apply once the product is in stock.
